After dropping the first two sets, the Tide got off to a hot start in set three, leading 14-6 before North Alabama stormed back with 11 unanswered points to take a 17-14 lead
The Crimson Tide drew back within a point, down 19-18, but the Lions ultimately held on to win the set, 25-20, and complete the sweep

Alabama has won eight matches against ranked opponents in program history, last doing so on Sept. 23, 2016 against Texas A&M
All but one of the eight victories came at home, with the lone ranked win away from Tuscaloosa coming on Sept. 7, 2007 against then-No. 13 Ohio in South Bend, Ind.
