
Alabama Returns Home to Host North Alabama Wednesday

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – After two weeks on the road, Alabama volleyball returns home this week for a pair of matches starting Wednesday, Sept. 18 against North Alabama at 6 p.m. CT in Foster Auditorium.

SCOUTING ALABAMA
- Alabama returns home for a pair of matches this week, starting Wednesday against North Alabama at 6 p.m. CT
- The Crimson Tide is coming off a 3-0 weekend at the Roadrunner Classic in San Antonio, Texas, defeating Sam Houston in four sets, tournament host UTSA in five and sweeping Central Arkansas
- For their efforts over the weekend, Chaise Campbell and Kayla Keshock were named to the Roadrunner Classic All-Tournament team while Ellery Rees was named the Tournament MVP
- Sophie Agee is ranked in the top 10 in the SEC in kills (131, 3.74/set) and points (149.5, 4.27/set) while Francesca Bertucci is sixth in digs (146, 4.17/set)
- Rashinda Reed is in her third year as Alabama's head coach, as are associate head coach Matt Scott and assistant coach Chelsi Carter while Will Boyd was hired as a third assistant in the offseason, having most recently oversaw the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns offense and setters group in 2023 that finished second in the Sun Belt in assists (1,481, 12.45/set) with setter Siena DeCambra rankings third individually (1,165, 10.22/set)
