
Former Alabama Pitcher Montana Fouts Joins Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball

The four-time All-American will play in Wichita, Kan., June 10-25
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Former Alabama pitcher Montana Fouts has signed with Athletes Unlimited to play in its AU Pro Softball AUX competition this summer in Wichita, Kansas.
"I am thrilled to make my professional debut with Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball and compete against the best players in the world," Fouts told Athletes Unlimited. "AU really has a unique model, and I've heard great things about the player experience. I'm looking forward to an intense competition as well as the opportunity to once again pitch in front of the entire world on ESPN."
Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball AUX (pronounced A-U-X) features 18 games across two weeks, utilizing AU's unique scoring system to crown an individual champion. The 2024 event will take place June 10-25 at Wichita State's Wilkins Stadium. All games will be broadcast live on the ESPN family of networks.
Fouts was a four-time All-American for the Crimson Tide from 2019-23, earning 100 career wins in the circle. She was the 2019 SEC Freshman of the Year, 2021 SEC and NFCA Pitcher of the Year and the 2023 Softball America Pitcher of the Year. In 2023, she became the first Alabama softball athlete to win the Honda Sport Award.
