NJCAA National Player of the Year Noelani Livingstone joins Alabama Softball

The left-handed outfielder hit .526 this season and was the NJCAA World Series Most Outstanding Offensive Player
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Rising junior outfielder Noelani Livingstone will join Alabama softball with two years of eligibility remaining after two seasons at Florida Southwestern, where she was named the 2026 NJCAA Division I Player of the Year.
A native of Coquitlam, British Columbia, Livingstone is coming off an incredible 2026 season in which she was named the NJCAA Player of the Year, a consensus First Team All-American by the NJCAA and NFCA, the Most Outstanding Offensive Player at the NJCAA World Series, the Most Valuable Player at the FCSAA Championships and a First Team All-FCSAA and All-Citrus Conference selection. She led the Bucs with a .526 batting average, .609 on base percentage, 80 hits, 68 runs scored and 32 stolen bases.
Livingstone is the second newcomer this offseason to join the Crimson Tide along with redshirt freshman pitcher Kailey Plumlee. The 2027 Alabama roster also includes 14 returnees from its 2026 Women's College World Series semifinal squad along with five incoming freshmen.
