The Crimson Tide faces a Gators’ team that has won four of its last five contests
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – For the first time since 2007, Alabama and Florida will face off in an AP Top-25 matchup as No. 15/15 Alabama hosts No. 24/RV Florida Wednesday night at Coleman Coliseum. The Crimson Tide enter the game on a 15-game winning streak at home against Southeastern Conference opponents.
The matchup features two of the best offenses in the country as the Crimson Tide is scoring 90.7 points per game, which ranks No. 1 in the country, and the Gators average 84.8 points per contest (No. 9). Alabama has been exceptional on offense the last two games, converting 36 three-pointers while shooting 42.3 percent from beyond the arc.
The Broadcast
Wednesday's game is set for a 6 p.m. CT tipoff and will air on ESPN2 with Tom Hart (play-by-play) and Jimmy Dykes (analyst) on the call.
The radio broadcast can be heard on the Crimson Tide Sports Network with Chris Stewart (play-by-play), Bryan Passink (analyst) and Roger Hoover (sideline) on the call, while Tom Stipe (engineer) is turning the dials. The pregame show will begin one hour prior to tipoff.
