The Crimson Tide will play six games at Coleman Coliseum during its non-conference schedule
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama men's basketball team finalized its 2026-27 schedule as head coach Nate Oats announced the non-conference slate. The season will tip off on Nov. 3 as the Crimson Tide will face off against Sam Houston inside Coleman Coliseum.
Alabama's non-conference matchups include six home games, five of which come during the month of November. Throughout the non-conference slate, the Tide will travel to Las Vegas, Miami and New York within the first two months of the season while facing off against six opponents who played in the 2026 NCAA Tournament including Houston, Miami and St. John's.

2026-27 Schedule Highlights
- Of the 14 games during Alabama's non-conference schedule, the Tide will match up against six opponents who played in the NCAA Tournament last season, including Houston, Iowa and St. John's who all reached the Sweet 16
- Three of Alabama's non-conference opponents were ranked in ESPN's Way-Too-Early Top 25 (No. 8 St. John's, No. 16 Houston and No. 18 Miami)
- The Crimson Tide will match up against three conference champions from last season in Kennesaw State (CUSA), St. John's (Big East) and South Florida (American)
- Oats will be coaching against two of his former assistant coaches, including Ryan Pannone (Arkansas State) and Antoine Pettway (Kennesaw State)
- Alabama will play in six neutral site games, including a matchup vs. St. John's in the C.M. Newton Classic in Birmingham on Dec. 12
- For the third straight season, the Crimson Tide will travel to Las Vegas to play in the Players Era Festival during Thanksgiving week, playing Baylor in the first game
- Including the SEC schedule, Alabama will face nine opponents that are ranked in ESPN's Way-Too-Early Top 25
