Alabama Women’s Tennis Closes Regular Season with a Pair of SEC Road Matches

The Crimson Tide faces Georgia on Thursday and Tennessee on Saturday to finish off the 2021 regular season
ATHENS, Ga. – The No. 40-ranked Alabama women's tennis team closes out its 2021 regular season this weekend with a pair of Southeastern Conference road matches.
The Crimson Tide opens the weekend at No. 3 Georgia Thursday at 4 p.m. CT in Athens, Ga., at the Magill Tennis Complex. Alabama then takes on No. 16 Tennessee Saturday at 11 a.m. CT in Knoxville, Tenn., at Barksdale Stadium.
The Tide, 12-9 on the season, is coming off two top-25 wins in its last three outings, including a 4-3 win over then No. 17 Texas A&M last weekend. The Bulldogs come into the weekend with a 14-1 overall record, while Tennessee sports a 12-6 mark.
Following this weekend's matches, Alabama returns to Tuscaloosa and the Alabama Tennis Stadium, which will serve as the home of the Women's SEC Tennis Championships, April 19-23.
