Andie Daniell Falls in Round of 16 at Oracle ITA National Fall Championships

No. 70 Daniell fell to Vanderbilt’s No. 30 Christina Rosca
SURPRISE, Ariz. – Senior No. 70 Andie Daniell fell to No. 30 Christina Rosca of Vanderbilt in the Round of 16 of the 2018 Oracle ITA National Fall Championships on Friday at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex in Surprise, Ariz.
No. 12-seeded Daniell came into the match winning the previous two contests against ranked opponents before dropping to No. 30 Christina Rosca (Vanderbilt), 6-2, 6-2.
With the completion of the 2018 Oracle ITA National Fall Championships, Alabama women's tennis will return to action for the dual match season beginning with the season opener doubleheader against UAB and Belmont on Sunday, Jan. 20, in Tuscaloosa.
