Continued to gain experience on special teams and rotated in at linebacker ... named one of the Tide coaching staff's special teams players of the week for his output against Kentucky and at LSU. Missouri: Saw time against the Tigers. Texas A&M: Worked in the home opener. Ole Miss: Played on special teams in Oxford. Tennessee: Returned to the field against the Vols. Mississippi State: Nearly blocked a punt, getting a hand on the ball to limit the distance. Kentucky: Made a huge stop on the opening kickoff to set the tone for the afternoon ... earned special teams player of the week recognition for his efforts against the Wildcats. Auburn: Worked on special teams in the Iron Bowl. LSU: Made a huge stop on kickoff coverage late in the game ... helped the Tide kickoff unit limit the Tigers to only 54 yards on the night ... picked up special teams player of the week honors from the UA coaches for his play in Baton Rouge.
