Gate Operations
Job Summary
Our Gate Operations positions are at the forefront of our goal to enhance the fan experience by greeting them with a smile and welcoming them to Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Gate Operations' primary role is to scan tickets and verify credentials for venue access.
We are seeking candidates who are courteous, dependable, trainable, and have a customer service mindset! We have fun on post and always strive to continue to build upon our great team culture in our support of Alabama Athletics.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event admission by scanning tickets and UA student ACT Cards
- Assist with facility access by verifying credentials
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all event guests
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be available on gameday Saturdays, typical shifts run 5-7 hours
- Must have a strong customer service focus and ability to interact with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
- Team player and a quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and must be comfortable working outside in all-weather conditions)
