DRIVE for Success - Leadership
The Emerging Tide Leaders Academy is a two year leadership development program designed to cultivate and strengthen crucial leadership skills of select student-athletes through curriculum facilitation, empowerment of their leadership ability, and encouragement to actively engage learned skills in their everyday environment.
Through consistent development sessions and in partnership with Growing Leaders, academy participants embrace their ability to positively impact their peers and respective sports teams, as well as their personal success beyond Alabama.
Year 1: Crimson Catalysts
Leadership Training to encourage development of critical skills and knowledge of select student-athletes to be an active team leader, providing insights, tools, and tactics necessary to effectively guide peers.
Year 2: Legacy Leaders
Advanced leadership training for student-athletes to support respective sports program and enhance personal leadership skills in preparation for positive impact in the professional environment and throughout society.
