The Crimson Tide looks to bounce back on the road Friday, Sunday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama volleyball team (8-3, 0-2 SEC) fell to Ole Miss (7-5, 1-0 SEC) in three sets on Sunday at Foster Auditorium. The Crimson Tide was undefeated at home heading into the matchup.
Alabama had a hard time getting its offensive attack going in the first two sets as the Rebels took set one, 25-17, before winning set two, 25-19. The Crimson Tide responded well in the third set, taking an early lead over Ole Miss. After several lead changes, the Rebels ultimately came back and stormed to a 25-23 set win.
The Crimson Tide looks to bring some of the momentum it ended the match with into its next road trip against Texas A&M and Texas.
