Women's Basketball Closes out Regular-Season Home Schedule Tonight
Join us tonight in Coleman Coliseum as our 20th-ranked women's basketball team hosts No. 7 LSU in the final home game of the regular season. Tip is set for 8 p.m. CT and tickets are still available through the Alabama Ticket Office.
Men's Basketball on the Road this Weekend Before Wrapping up Home Slate Next Week
Our No. 6 men's basketball team is also nearing the end of the regular season with three games remaining. Saturday's contest will take place at fifth-ranked Tennessee before the Tide heads back to Tuscaloosa for its last one in Coleman, taking on No. 3 Florida on Wednesday, March 5 for a 6 p.m. CT tip. Tickets are sold out through the Alabama Ticket Office but can be found on SeatGeek.
Baseball Back at Home for Weekend Series with North Dakota State
Our baseball team is back in action at home this weekend, hosting North Dakota State for a three-game series. The opener is set for 4 p.m. CT on Friday followed by a 2 p.m. CT start on Saturday and 1 p.m. CT first pitch on Sunday. Should be sunny all weekend, so great opportunity to cheer on our squad. Season tickets are still on sale in addition to single-game tickets, which can be purchased through the Alabama Ticket Office or at the ticket window at Gate 1 on game days.
Softball Hosts T-Mobile Crimson Classic
Another weekend full of softball is on deck at the Rhoads House with our 22nd-ranked Tide hosting Furman, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and UAB as part of the T-Mobile Crimson Classic. We will play a doubleheader on Friday, first at 4 p.m. CT versus the Blazers followed by the Paladins at 6:30 p.m. CT. Saturday's slate includes a game against the Cougars of SIUE at 11 a.m. CT along with a second game against Furman at 1:30 p.m. CT. Alabama will play its final game of the tournament Sunday versus UAB at 1 p.m. CT. A limited number of general admission Brickyard tickets are available for all three sessions.
SEC Dual Match Play Underway for Tennis
Our tennis teams began the SEC portion of their dual match schedules last week and will be back in action this weekend with the 25th-ranked men at home while our 17th-ranked women hit the road. The men are slated to host Georgia on Friday at 6 p.m. CT and Vanderbilt on Sunday at 1 p.m. CT, while the women travel to Missouri for a Friday match at 11 a.m. CT and No. 19 Vanderbilt on Sunday at 1 p.m. CT.
Rowing Hosts Eastern Michigan on Saturday
Our rowing team will host its lone home regatta of the season on Saturday as we welcome Eastern Michigan with races set to begin at 9 a.m. CT. Fans are encouraged to view from Manderson Landing and along the Tuscaloosa Riverwalk.
Gymnastics to take on Arkansas in Fayetteville
Another one of our regular seasons winding down is our 17th-ranked gymnastics team, who will travel to No. 16 Arkansas to take on the Razorbacks on Friday at 6:30 p.m. CT. From there, the Tide will return home for its final home meet of 2025, hosting No. 6 Florida on Friday, March 7 for a 7 p.m. CT start.
Track and Field Enters Indoor Championship Season
Our men's and women's track and field teams are currently competing in Bryan-College Station, Texas at the 2025 Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships, which will run through Saturday. Fans can follow along with both live video streams and live results on RollTide.com.
Swimming and Diving Wins Five Medals at SEC Championships
Men's and women's swimming and diving came home with five medals from the 2025 Southeastern Conference Championships including:
- Cadence Vincent, Jada Scott, Kailyn Winter, Charlotte Rosendale - silver - 200 freestyle relay
- Cadence Vincent - silver - 50 freestyle
- Avery Wiseman - silver - 200 breaststroke
- Charlie Hawke - bronze - 200 freestyle
- Emily Jones - bronze - 100 backstroke
With the conference season wrapped up, NCAA championship competition is around the corner, with the women's championships set for March 19-22 and the men's championships March 26-29 in Federal Way, Washington.
Men's Golf Finishes Runner Up at Watersound Invitational
Our 24th-ranked men's golf team had a strong start to the spring, finishing runner up at the Watersound Invitational with a 17-under par 847. In addition to the team coming in second, Jones Free and Jonathan Griz also finished co-runners up on the individual leaderboard with 54-hole scores of 7-under par 209.
Spring Schedules Announced for Soccer and Volleyball
Both our soccer and volleyball teams will be taking part in several spring competitions with dates and opponents being announced recently. Lots of opportunities to get an early look at some of our fall 2025 teams with returnees and midyear enrollees.
University Spotlight
Congratulations to Dr. M.N.V. Ravi Kumar, an expert in the field of translational science for medicine design, on being selected as Alabama's recipient of the 2025 Southeastern Conference Faculty Achievement Award. This award is presented annually to highlight the vital role educators play in advancing the mission of the SEC and its institutions, as well as their dedication to fostering academic excellence through teaching, innovation and service.
