Alabama moves up one spot on the team leaderboard after 36 holes
MELBOURNE, Fla. – Alabama's Molly Brown Davidson continues to lead the way for the Alabama women's golf team at the Moon Golf Invitational, sitting in a tie for eighth overall at 1-over par 144 (71-73). As a team, the Crimson Tide moved up one spot on the leaderboard to 11th place, with a team total of 18-over par 594 (298-296).
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- Molly Brown Davidson and Mattison Frick were tied for the lowest round amongst UA golfer in the second round, carding a 1-over par 73
- Frick moved up five spots on the player leaderboard, sitting in a tie for 35th overall, after converting a team-high three birdies
- Davidson led the team with 14 pars on day two of the invitational
- Ryan Flynn made the biggest jump on the leaderboard, moving up 11 spots after shooting 2-over par 74 in the second round
- Harriet Lockley finished the day at 4-over par 76 and currently sits in a tie at 46th overall
- Rounding out the lineup is Kennedy Carroll at 12-over par 156 (79-77)
