Four Alabama First-Year Players Selected to SEC All-Freshman Football Team

The Tide’s four honorees were tied with Tennessee for the conference lead
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Alabama football placed four student-athletes on the Southeastern Conference's 2025 All-Freshman Team, the league office announced Thursday.
Among the first-year players that received All-Freshman honors were Michael Carroll (OL), Kaleb Edwards (TE), Dijon Lee Jr. (DB) and London Simmons (DL). The Tide's four selections to the SEC All-Freshman Team were tied with Tennessee for the most in the league and represent the most rookie honorees since Alabama received five selections in 2019.
