LOS ANGELES – The No. 4 seed Alabama men's basketball team has spent the week in Los Angeles as it continues preparing for its NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 showdown with No. 1 seed North Carolina Thursday night. The contest will tip off at approximately 8:30 p.m. CT (6:30 p.m. PT) on CBS.

Alabama (23-11) spent nearly two hours on the Crypto.com Arena game floor Wednesday, with the first 15 minutes open for media viewing. Following the team practice, head coach Nate Oats, along with the Crimson Tide players, met with local and national media to preview the contest.
Alabama advanced to the West Region semifinal contest thanks to a 109-96 victory over 13-seed College of Charleston in the opening round, followed by a 72-61 win against 12th-seeded Grand Canyon in the round of 32.
