No. 21 Alabama Women’s Tennis Falls to Ole Miss, 2-5, on Sunday Afternoon

OXFORD, Miss. – The Alabama women's tennis team fell to Ole Miss, 2-5, Sunday afternoon at the Palmer/Salloum Tennis Center, moving to 14-4 overall and 5-3 in the Southeastern Conference on the season.
No. 21 Alabama (14-4, 5-3 SEC) swept the doubles point against Ole Miss (10-5, 4-3 SEC) after Petra Sedlackova and Anna Parkhomenko downed Ludmila Kareisova and Anaelle Leclercq, 6-2, on court two. The Crimson Tide's Klara Milicevic and Ola Pitak defeated Kelsey Mize and Lucie Devier, 6-2, on court three.
The Rebels would go on to win five singles matches to claim the win over the Tide. Anne Marie Hiser gave Alabama its only singles point of the match with a three-set victory, defeating Briana Crowley of Ole Miss on court three, 6-3, 5-7, 7-5.
