Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite on Horizon for Alabama Rowing

The Crimson Tide will face off against nine schools in the two-day weekend regatta
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama rowing program is one of 10 schools set to compete in the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite at the Melton Lake Rowing Venue Saturday, starting at 11:06 a.m. CT in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The Crimson Tide will battle No. 13 Duke, No. 16 Indiana, Clemson, Louisville, Navy, North Carolina, Notre Dame, San Diego and Wisconsin in the two-day weekend regatta.
Alabama will kickstart its racing on Saturday with its Third Varsity 8+ crew going at 11:06 a.m., followed by the Varsity 8s (11:14 a.m. | 11:30 a.m.) and the Varsity 4s (11:22 a.m. | 11:38 a.m. | 11:46 a.m.). Following a four-hour break, Alabama will return to the water at 4:06 p.m. with its Novice 8+ crew, followed by the Varsity 8s (4:14 p.m. | 4:30 p.m.) and the Varsity 4s (4:22 p.m. | 4:38 p.m. | 4:46 p.m.).
The Crimson Tide will conclude the two-day regatta Sunday morning with the Novice 8+ crew taking to the water at 10:26 a.m., followed by the Varsity 8s (10:34 a.m. | 10:50 a.m.) and the Varsity 4s (10:42 a.m. | 10:58 a.m. | 11:06 a.m.).
