Football's Hibbett Named Mannelly Semifinalist

The senior is one of 10 semifinalists for the award which is presented to the nation’s top long snapper
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama long snapper Kneeland Hibbett was selected as a semifinalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award, the award committee announced Monday night.
Hibbett is one of 10 semifinalists for the Mannelly, which is presented each year to the top long snapper in college football. Three finalists will be named on Nov. 25, with the 2024 winner announced live at a banquet in Chicago on Saturday, Dec. 14.
The Crimson Tide has had one Mannelly Award winner with Thomas Fletcher earning the honors during the 2020 season.

- Has started 51 straight games at his position since arriving on campus
- Began his career as a walk-on before earning a scholarship during the summer of 2024
- Recorded one tackle and a fumble recovery for his career
