
Seven Alabama Swimmers Earn CSCAA All-America Honors

Kalia Antoniou, Emily Jones, Kensey McMahon, Diana Petkova, Rhyan White, Kailyn Winter and Avery Wiseman receive All-America recognition following the conclusion of the NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Seven members of the Alabama women's swimming and diving team were named All-Americans by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America, the organization announced Sunday.
Kalia Antoniou, Emily Jones, Kensey McMahon, Rhyan White and Avery Wiseman earned first-team All-American honors, while Diana Petkova and Kailyn Winter picked up second-team recognition following the conclusion of the Crimson Tide's showing at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
The Crimson Tide Nominees
- Kalia Antoniou, Emily Jones and Avery Wiseman became first-team All-Americans after a seventh-place, podium finish as members of the 200 medley relay squad
- Two-time NCAA event champion Kensey McMahon earned first-team honors after claiming gold in both the 500 freestyle and 1650 freestyle
- Rhyan White picked up her own first-team recognition after her eighth-place finish in the 100 backstroke. White was also a member of the 200 medley relay.
- Diana Petkova and Kailyn Winter earned second-team honors after a 14th-place finish as members of the 200 freestyle relay. Antoniou and Jones were also members of the relay team.
