Paul, Knox Named United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region Honorees

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama soccer's Gianna Paul and Felicia Knox were named United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region honorees, the organization announced. Paul picked up her first regional honor after being named a first-team selection, while Knox earned regional honors for the second consecutive year with her mention to the USC second team.

Alabama's seventh first-team all-region honoree in program history
Earned 2023 First Team All-SEC honors
Led the Tide in points and goals with 17 and eight, respectively
Ranks 27^th nationally in shots per game, averaging 3.71 per game
Scored a goal against three ranked opponents
Earned SEC Offensive Player of the Week (9/11)
Ranks fifth in the Southeastern Conference in shots on goal per game (1.52) and sixth in total goals (8)

Felicia Knox, Second Team

Seventh athlete in program history to earn Second Team All-Southeast Region
Named a regional honoree for the second consecutive year after being named to the first team in 2022
Currently ranks seventh nationally in career assists with 31
Added a team-leading six assists this season, in addition to four goals for 14 points
Named a 2023 First Team All-SEC selection
Ranks 40^th nationally and third in the league in game-winning goals with four, in addition to raking sixth in the conference in total assists with six
