
Alabama Rowing Kicks Off 2022-23 Season at the Head of the Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Alabama Rowing team will open its 2022 -23 campaign this weekend at the Head of the Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. This event will be the first of two regattas the Tide will compete in this fall and the fourth time in program history that Alabama competes in the Head of the Oklahoma.
The Crimson Tide will compete in two races on Saturday, with five boats racing in the Collegiate 4+ at 11:40 a.m. CT and two in the Collegiate 8+ at 2:30 p.m. CT.
After this weekend, Alabama will return to Tuscaloosa for the Head of the Black Warrior River on Saturday, Oct. 29 which will wrap up the fall portion of its schedule before resuming next spring on the road at Clemson on Saturday, Feb. 25.
