
Alabama Soccer Heads to Utah for Three-Game Trip

The Crimson Tide will compete against No. 6 BYU, Utah and Utah Valley over a span of six days
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama soccer team (3-1-0) heads to state of Utah for a three-game, six-day road trip. The Crimson Tide opens competition against the 2021 NCAA runner-up BYU (2-0-1) Thursday at 8 p.m. CT in Provo, Utah, before traveling to Salt Lake City to play Utah (3-0-1) Sunday at 7 p.m. CT. UA concludes the week against Utah Valley Tuesday at noon in Orem, Utah.

- The Crimson Tide is coming off a huge win, downing the then-No. 18 Clemson 3-0 on Sunday at the Alabama soccer stadium

- Parker leads the team in goals (3), game-winning goals (2) and points (6), while Gessica Skorka and Felicia Knox both hold a team-leading three assists
- Parker is tied for first in the Southeastern Conference and third in the nation for game-winning goals
- Alabama recorded its ninth-consecutive home win with wins over Southern Miss and No. 18 Clemson last week
The Matchups
- No. 6 BYU is coming off of back-to-back top-25 opponents, defeating then-No. 20 Ohio State 2-0 Friday before recording a 2-2 tie against then-No. 25 Colorado Monday
- This is the third meeting between the Tide and Cougars, which includes last year's NCAA second round match
- This will be just the second time the Tide has faced both the Utes and Wolverines
- Alabama downed both teams in with 3-0 victories in Tuscaloosa with UA hosting Utah in 2019 and Utah Valley in 2021
