The Crimson Tide welcomes Southern Miss Thursday at 6 p.m. CT, before playing Clemson Sunday at 6 p.m. CT
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama soccer team (1-1-0) hosts Southern Miss (0-1-0) Thursday in the Crimson Tide's home opener, before facing No. 18 Clemson (1-0-1) Sunday. Both games will kick off at 6 p.m. CT at the Alabama Soccer Stadium.
Admission to all regular season soccer home games is free.

- Reyna Reyes has garnered a lot of preseason attention, being named to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List, the nation's highest individual honor for college soccer,

The Start of 2022
- Alabama started the year on the road against Florida Atlantic and Miami
- In its season opener, UA took a dominate win over Florida Atlantic scoring four goals in the shutout win
- Riley Mattingly Parker netted the Tide's first goal of the year, scoring 48 seconds into the game off a corner kick from Felicia Knox
- Marianna Annest tallied her first goal in crimson and white off a failed clear attempt against FAU in the 44th minute, while Kate Henderson scored her sixth career goal and first goal of the season in the 46th minute with a one-touch shot inside the box.
- Macy Clem and Gessica Skorka earned an assist on Henderson's goal with Skorka passing a ball back to Clem to send into the box
- Riley Tanner closed the game against the Owls, scoring off a cross from Gianna Paul
- The Tide fell 1-0 to Miami in its second game of the season
- Despite the lost, UA led in shots 22-3 and corners 7-1 against the Hurricanes

- Alabama faces Southern Miss for the seventh time and second-consecutive year
- The two teams went into double overtime last season with Alabama scoring a late goal to capture the win
