Alabama Softball Faces Midweek Road Test at Western Kentucky

Scouting Alabama
- Alabama plays its final non-conference game of the regular season this Wednesday with a road trip to Bowling Green, Ky., to face Western Kentucky on Wednesday, April 27
- The Crimson Tide is 39-8 overall and 14-7 in conference play, most recently dropping two of its three games last weekend at Texas A&M
- Alabama has won five of its seven SEC series this season, including two sweeps
- The Tide leads the league in SEC play with 156 hits and is in the top five in walks (2nd - 70), doubles (3rd - 29) runs scored (5th - 103) and runs batted in (5th - 96)
- Montana Fouts leads the SEC with 124 strikeouts in conference play, which is only three less than the next two leading pitchers combined
