No. 4 Alabama Soccer Hosts No. 20 Ole Miss, Heads to LSU

The Crimson Tide will compete in its fourth top-20 matchup this season when it hosts 20th-ranked Ole Miss on Thursday
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The fourth-ranked Alabama soccer team (11-1-1, 4-0-0 SEC) returns home on Thursday to host 20th-ranked Ole Miss (9-1-2, 3-1-0 SEC) in a 7 p.m. CT match at the Alabama Soccer Stadium. The Crimson Tide will hit the road on Sunday to face LSU (8-2-2, 3-1-0 SEC) at 1 p.m. CT at the LSU Soccer Stadium.

- Riley Mattingly Parker holds a team-leading 19 points and nine goals, three of which were game-winning shots
- Parker and Ashlynn Serepca rank sixth all-time at UA for game-winning goals in a single season, with both scoring three this year
- McKinley Crone has tallied 180 saves while with the Tide, ranking eighth all-time in career stops
- The graduate student goalkeeper recorded her fifth shutout this season and 16th in an Alabama uniform in a 3-0 victory over Texas A&M (9/25)
- Crone ranks second in program history for career shutouts, trailing only Justine Bernier (2007, 2009-11), who had a total of 21 clean sheets
- The win against Texas A&M (9/25) was UA's seventh shutout of the season as the team has held Florida Atlantic, Southern Miss, then-No. 18 Clemson, North Alabama, then-No. 5 South Carolina and Chattanooga scoreless
Last Time Out
- Alabama captured a 2-1 win at Georgia last Thursday
- Riley Tanner scored the team's first goal, firing a shot from outside the box after Parker fought to keep the ball from going out on the endline
- Serepca scored the game-winning goal in the second half off a corner kick from Knox
