Alabama Volleyball Returns Home Hosting Mississippi State

SCOUTING ALABAMA
- After back-to-back road trips, Alabama (4-10) returns home to face Mississippi State (4-8) twice at Foster Auditorium
- Last time out, the Crimson Tide took a pair of losses on the road at Arkansas, 3-0 and 3-1
- After not having gone five sets in any of its first nine matches, Alabama has gone the distance in three of its last five, sporting a 2-1 record in those matches
- As a team, the Tide is ranked seventh in the SEC in aces (68, 1.28/set) as is Taylor Drapp in the individual rankings (10, 0.36/set)

- Abby Marjama led the offense with a weekend-best 17 kills in the second contest
- Riley Fisbeck earned her third double-double of the season in Saturday's match, finishing with 20 assists and 15 digs
- Kendyl Reaugh was one kill shy of her own double-double, earning nine kills and a season-best 19 digs
- Alyiah Wells stuffed a season-high eight blocks

NEW FACES
- Eight newcomers have seen court time for the Crimson Tide this season, including four transfers and four freshmen
- Madelyn St. Germain has started every match at libero, while Chaise Campbell has started 11, Riley Fisbeck, Kennedy Muckelroy and Kendyl Reaugh at 10 and Abby Marjama at seven
- Victoria Schmer made her career debut in the Nov. 8 match at Georgia and Allie Trame saw her first action against South Carolina on Jan. 29
- Marjama, Muckelroy and Reaugh lead the team in kills, while Fisbeck has 343 of the team's 570 assists and St. Germain leads the team with 175 digs
HEAD COACH LINDSEY DEVINE
- Head Coach Lindsey Devine is in her second season at the helm of the Crimson Tide
- Devine earned her 300th career win during her debut season at Alabama, doing so with a three-set sweep over Alcorn State on Sept. 14, 2019
- She arrived at Alabama in 2019 following a successful 16-year stint at ETSU as its all-time winningest coach
- Devine led the Buccaneers to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances in 2017 and 2018, the latter as the Southern Conference's first ever at-large bid
- She was twice named SoCon Coach of the Year and had 28 student-athletes earn all-conference honors during her tenure, including three Player of the Year, three Libero of the Year and two Freshmen of the Year award-winners
- Off the court, ETSU sported a 100-percent graduation rate under Devine and earned the AVCA Team Academic Award each of her last nine years, which requires at least a 3.30 cumulative team grade point average
