The Crimson Tide will take on Birmingham Southern at the Birmingham Crossplex
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's and women's swimming and diving squads return to action this Friday at 3 p.m. CT at the Birmingham Crossplex where the Crimson Tide faces off against Birmingham Southern.
This will be the Tide's first road competition of the season after opening at home on Sept. 24 with wins against Delta State. It will be Birmingham Southern's second meet of the season, and first at home, after opening on the road with a tri-meet against West Florida and Emory.
Head Coach Margo Geer Said
"We're looking forward to getting back to competition after a month of heavy training following our season opener against Delta State. It's a quick trip up the road to the Birmingham CrossPlex and we hope our fans in the area will be able to join us. This is a good point for us to get up and compete and see where we are and for our rookies it's a chance to experience a road competition before we roll into our winter invitational in Knoxville next month."
