Alabama Returns Home for Matchup with Michigan State on Thursday

The Crimson Tide will take on the Spartans at 5 p.m. in Tuscaloosa
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama women's tennis is back home after its California road trip, to compete against Michigan State on Thursday at 5 p.m. CT inside the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Indoor Tennis Facility. This is only the second-ever meeting between the Crimson Tide (6-0) and Spartans (2-3). The first meeting between the two sides was back in 1989.

- Alabama is a perfect 6-0 this season, while compiling a 4-0 mark at home.
- Freshman Ares Teixido leads the Tide with a 6-0 singles record, while senior Alba Cortina Pou is second with a 5-0 mark. Cortina Pou was named the Southeastern Conference Player of the Week for the first time in her career earlier today.
