Soccer Wins at Auburn in Regular-Season Finale; SEC Tournament up Next
Soccer ended its regular season in winning fashion, shutting out No. 15 Auburn, 1-0. It was our team's first victory over the Tigers in Auburn since 1998 and marked the first time we've had back-to-back wins in the series since 1999. Next up, our team heads to Orange Beach for the 2020 Southeastern Conference Championship, which begins Friday, November 13 at the Orange Beach Sportsplex.
Fall Seasons Wrap up for Tennis and Women's Golf
Our men's and women's tennis teams as well as our women's golf team closed out their fall seasons over the last couple of weeks. Men's tennis finished strong with a great showing at this past weekend's Four-In-The-Fall tourney here on campus with 32 singles and doubles wins, while the women finished off their fall with a trio of singles wins against Auburn on the final day of their SEC Challenge tournament. On the golf side, our women earned five top-25 individual finishes throughout the season, most recently at the Liz Murphey Fall Collegiate Classic where Angelica Moresco and Kenzie Wright placed 10th and 19th, respectively.
Swimming and Diving Starts Off with Big Win on the Bayou
Our swimming and diving teams opened the 2020-21 season with decisive wins on the road over LSU. The men and women combined to win 23 events, including 12 where we swept the top two spots and four where we went 1-2-3. It was a great start to the season.
Volleyball Closes out Fall Slate with LSU
Our volleyball team will play its final set of matches of the 2020 fall season this Saturday and Sunday, hosting LSU at Foster Auditorium. The Tide most recently went 1-1 at Georgia, earning our first win over the Bulldogs since 2016. As a reminder, fan attendance for home matches at Foster Auditorium is limited to coaches and players pass list only. Guests of the program attending are required to sit in previously identified, socially-distanced seats and face coverings are required unless eating or drinking. For fans wishing to follow along at home, Saturday's match can be seen on SEC Network + at 1 p.m. CT, while Sunday's match will air on ESPNU, also at 1 p.m. CT.
Men's Basketball Schedule Finalized
The 2020-21 men's basketball schedule was finalized and announced last week and features nine non-conference games and 18 SEC matchups. First up for the Tide is Jacksonville State on Wednesday, November 25 in Coleman Coliseum, while the league portion of the schedule gets started on Tuesday, December 29 versus Ole Miss.
Thank You
Our student-athletes, coaches and staff are all deeply aware of the impact our donors have on Alabama Athletics. With that in mind, last week more than 200 of our student-athletes, spanning all of our teams, spent time making phone calls to thank Crimson Tide Foundation donors for their generosity. This marks the sixth year that Alabama student-athletes have made these calls and this year, in light of the difficult circumstances endured by so many due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these calls were even more heartfelt. We have been humbled by the tremendous generosity of those who have made philanthropic contributions this year. Every gift is important to us and very much appreciated.

This week's submissions come to us from our neighboring state of Georgia. First, we have Les Yates from our National Alumni Association on his way from Atlanta to Bombay. Secondly, we have Lisa Morgan, from the Georgia Association of Educators, showing off her Crimson Tide pride.
