Coach Jay Seawell's Thoughts
"We played a lot of good golf this week. We had to go through a lot of adversity but thought our guys handled that well. I do believe we learned some things about our team that will help us down the road. We have to get better at doing all the little things that teams need to do with get to that next level. Those are things that are teachable and it's my job to make those coachable. We now can see that if we don't do the little things in this conference, you can get beat. We are going to get back and take a couple of days off so the guys can focus on their school work. Then we are going to get back to work and start working towards our final SEC fall tournament, the Jerry Pate Intercollegiate at Old Overton on Nov. 8-10."
TOURNAMENT NOTES
- Over the course's back nine, Alabama finished with a combined total of 19-under par across the three round which included 10-under on Sunday, 6-under on Monday and 3-under Tuesday.
