Crimson Tide Continues Home Slate with Two Matches This Weekend

Alabama will play Dartmouth at 6 p.m. on Friday and then against Virginia Tech on Sunday at 12 p.m.
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Coming off of a 4-0 performance last weekend, the Alabama men's tennis is back in action this weekend with a match on Friday, Jan. 24 versus Dartmouth at 6 p.m. and then against Virginia Tech on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 12 p.m. inside the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Indoor Tennis Facility.

- In the four matches last weekend senior Zhe Zhou, junior Patrick Kaukovalta and freshman Marcelo Sepulveda Garza showed out in singles, after each went 4-0 to begin the dual match season.
- In doubles, the No. 40 doubles pair in the nation in senior Alexey Nesterov and Riccardo Roberto went 2-0 last weekend, while Sepulveda Garza and Zhou also went a perfect 2-0 to start the year.

- Both Dartmouth and Virginia Tech won their opening match to begin the dual match season with a 1-0 record. The Big Green defeated Navy 6-1 on Saturday, Jan. 18, while the Hokies routed George Mason 7-0 on Monday, Jan. 20.
