Alabama Football Holds Fourth Workout of Spring Practice on Friday

The Crimson Tide practiced again on Friday in preparation for the annual Golden Flake A-Day Game on April 13

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama football held its fourth spring practice of 2019 on Friday afternoon as the team put in two hours of work in full pads on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.

The Crimson Tide gets back to work on Saturday, March 23 for a 2:45 p.m. CT workout that completes its first week back after spring break. Alabama's 14-practice spring schedule concludes on Saturday, April 13 with the annual Golden Flake A-Day Game at 1 p.m. CT. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN2.
