Crimson Tide remains in the top-10 of the Golfweek Coaches Poll
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's golf team remains among the top-10 in the latest national ranking, checking it at No. 7 in the nation in the latest Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll, which was released on Friday.
Oklahoma State received 23 first-place votes to remain the unanimous No. 1 team in the poll. The Cowboys have ranked first in four straight polls. Texas A&M stayed at No 2. Georgia Tech moved up five spots to third. Vanderbilt was fourth, while Texas Tech entered the top 10 at No. 5. Florida dropped two rungs to sixth, just ahead of the Tide, while Oklahoma, Baylor and California rounded out the top-10, respectively.
Six Southeastern Conference teams make up the top-12 in the latest poll, with eight of the 14 teams in the conference being ranked among the nation's top-25. The next poll will be announced on April 20.
The Crimson Tide returns to action on April 7-8 when it travels to Bryan, Texas, to compete at the Aggie Invitational. Live scoring throughout the event can be found on Golfstat.com.
