SCOUTING ALABAMA
- Alabama is 19-11 overall and 6-10 in conference play heading into the final week of the regular season. Last weekend, the Crimson Tide split a pair of road matches, sweeping Mississippi State Friday before falling to Ole Miss in four sets Sunday
- Both of Alabama's remaining matches are at home. The Tide has nine wins at Foster Auditorium this season, needing just one more to make it seven-straight years with double-digit wins at home.
- Among SEC teams, Alabama's defense leads the league in digs (1,736 - 16.07/set) and is third in blocks (251 - 2.33/set). Individually, senior Quincey Gary is third in the league with 493 digs (4.56/set) while senior Cidavia Hall is ranked sixth in blocks with 115 (1.06/set)

LAST TIME OUT: ALABAMA SPLITS WEEKEND MATCHES IN MISSISSIPPI
- Alabama 3, Mississippi State 0: Alabama needed just three sets to dispatch Mississippi State Friday night on the road, completing the sweep with set scores of 25-19, 25-21 and 25-20. Alabama was led offensively in the win over Mississippi State by junior Ginger Perinar, who tallied 13 kills with a .343 attack percentage in addition to a pair of solo blocks on the defensive end. Sophomore Meghan Neelon was one dig shy of a double-double, finishing with nine digs and 19 assists. Senior Quincey Gary inched closer to second place on the Crimson Tide's career digs list, posting a team-leading 16 Friday to push her career total to 1,425, now 76 shy of former teammate Natalie Murison's mark of 1,501.
- Ole Miss 3, Alabama 1: Alabama rallied from a set one loss to Ole Miss with a win in set two to even the match, but dropped the subsequent two frames to the Rebels to take the 3-1 loss Sunday in Oxford, Miss. The match ended with set scores of 18-15, 25-22, 16-25 and 15-25. Alabama had three players with double-digit kills against Ole Miss, led by juniors Ginger Perinar and Hayley McSparin with 12 each while sophomore Doris Carter was close behind with 11. Sophomore Meghan Neelon finished with 22 assists and 15 digs, tallying her eighth double-double of the season and her fifth in SEC play. Senior Quincey Gary led the back-row defense with 19 digs, putting her 57 away from second on the Crimson Tide's career digs list.
ALABAMA IN THE RPI
- Alabama is No. 63 in this week's NCAA RPI, released Monday, Nov. 19
- This puts the Tide sixth among SEC teams, trailing Kentucky (9), Florida (20), Tennessee (29), South Carolina (32) and Missouri (33)
- Alabama has two matches remaining in the regular season, facing Texas A&M (94) and Arkansas (114)
SECOND TIME AROUND
- The Tide's two remaining matches are against opponents Alabama has played earlier this season, previously defeating both Texas A&M and Arkansas
- Since 2014, Alabama is 16-12 in rematches. The Tide is 6-9 when playing an opponent it lost to earlier in the season but is 10-3 against opponents defeated earlier that year

GARY CONTINUES TO CLIMB CAREER DIGS LIST AT UA
- Senior libero Quincey Gary heads into this week's matches ranked third on Alabama's career digs list with 1,444
- Gary passed Lorian Newcomer's (1993-95) career total of 1,360 digs in the Nov. 2 match against Georgia. She is now 57 shy of former teammate Natalie Murison (2014-17) who ranks second with 1,501
- The Alexandria, Ind., native also ranks seventh in career digs per set at 3.20. The last Tide player to play four seasons at UA and finish above 3.00 in digs-per-set for their career was Amy Pauly (2005-08) at 3.91
BALANCED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BALL
- With two matches remaining, Alabama's .219 team hitting percentage ranks 17th on UA's single-season records. It is the sixth time since 2011 that a Tide offense ranks in the top-20, including four of the top-10
- Senior Cidavia Hall's current hitting percentage of .357 ranks fifth in program history. The last Tide hitter to finish the season above .350 was Bruna Evangelista in 2014 at .378
- Defensively, the team currently ranks third all-time at UA in digs per set (16.07), the highest for any Tide team since 2007, and 11th in blocks-per-set (2.33)
- Senior Quincey Gary is averaging 4.56 digs per set this season, which is second in UA history. This betters her previous high mark of 4.43 from last year, which ranks fourth. Her 493 digs rank seventh in program history, 43 shy of her single-season best of 536 set last year, which ranks third.
- Hall is 12th all-time at UA with 1.06 blocks per set this season, the highest mark for any Tide player since 2006
