Alabama Turns Focus to Saturday’s Matchup with The Citadel

The Crimson Tide and the Bulldogs will meet for the first time on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide worked for two hours in full pads at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility on Tuesday in preparation for Saturday's meeting with The Citadel.
The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs will face each other for the first time in the history of the two programs on Saturday, Nov. 17 at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The contest will air 11 a.m. CT on the SEC Network with Dave Neal, D.J. Shockley and Dawn Davenport on the call.
Alabama is 264-53-3 (.830) all-time in games played at Bryant-Denny Stadium, top home stadium winning percentage in the Football Bowl Subdivision. The Crimson Tide enters Saturday's game having won 24 consecutive home contests to equal the longest streak in school history. UA won 24 home games (Bryant-Denny and Legion Field combined) in a row from Sept. 18, 1971-Nov. 9, 1974.
