Baseball Announces Opportunity for Local Little League Teams to Register for ‘Bama Buddies’

Registration is now open to sign up your team to join the Crimson Tide on the field at The Joe
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama marketing department, in connection with the Alabama baseball team, encourages local little league teams to sign up for the 'Bama Baseball Buddies' program for the 2017 baseball season at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.
Little league teams will be recognized with a PA announcement and can join the Crimson Tide players on the field during the National Anthem prior to a select game during the upcoming 2017 season. Little leaguers will get the chance to interact with the players prior to starting lineups and then stand on the field with the starters at their position during the National Anthem.
Participants must be younger than 12 years of age, per NCAA regulations. The age range for those wishing to participate in Bama Buddies is 5-12 years old. Any group of 10-25 children may participate while space is still available in either the second or third game of each weekend series. The only fee to participate in the event is the price of admission to the game that a team is selected for.
Submit your registration form online using the 'Bama Buddies' tab on the baseball section of RollTide.com to schedule a date for your team. Following registration, you will be contacted with availability and further information. Inquiries will be returned in the order in which they are received, so be sure to sign up early to ensure a spot for this exciting season of Alabama baseball. Tickets are currently on sale and can be purchased online at RollTide.com/Tickets or by calling 1-877-TIDETIX (843-3849). Fans can also purchase tickets in advance at the Alabama Ticket Office, located in the lobby of Coleman Coliseum.
