Amari Cooper Wins Biletnikoff Award

Cooper, a finalist for the Heisman Trophy and recent recipient of SEC Offensive Player of the Year honors, has caught a school- and SEC-record 115 passes for 1,656 yards and 14 touchdowns while leading Alabama to the first College Football Playoff. The Miami native also leads the nation in receiving yards with 1,656 while ranking second in receptions per game (8.8) and yards per game (127.4).
In addition, Cooper and junior Landon Collins were named to the 125th Walter Camp Football Foundation All-America Team at the awards show. The team will be formally honored at the organization's national banquet on Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Yale University Commons in New Haven, Conn.
