No. 3 Softball Pushes Back Start Time

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The continuation of game one of the series between the No. 3 ranked Alabama softball team and No. 15 Tennessee has been moved back to a 2:00 p.m. ET start time. The two teams are now only playing two of the three games scheduled this weekend as inclement weather caused game one on Friday to be postponed.
Tennessee leads the game 2-0 as the contest made it into the top of the third. Kellie Eubanks drew a leadoff walk in the inning and play was promptly stopped. The Lady Vols scored two unearned runs to start the game in the first. The series has moved from three games to two, with the final game scheduled to start after the conclusion of the postponed contest.
