Blevins will be working with the Crimson Tide's nationally prominent softball and football teams, in addition to a variety of other duties. While at Duke, he served as primary contact for the Blue Devil's men's soccer, fencing, women's lacrosse and men's tennis teams.
"The University of Alabama has a tremendous reputation across the board and I am excited to be a part of such a great tradition," Blevins said. "Obviously the football and softball teams have enjoyed terrific success over the years, and I look forward to being a part of that."
Prior to arriving in Durham, Blevins spent one year as the Assistant Sports Information Director at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H.
