2006 (Freshman): Johnson played a total of 95 snaps in 12 games. He finished with four knockdowns against Louisiana Monroe. He recorded a season-high 27 snaps against Louisiana Monroe. He also had 16 snaps against Florida International and 11 plays in the season opener against Hawai’i.
2005: Redshirted
Prep: As a junior and senior, Johnson never missed a practice or weight room session. Johnson carried a 4.0 GPA in high school and scored a 27 on his ACT. He has quick feet and was the fifth prep player to commit to Alabama for the 2005 class.
Personal: Son of Randy and Janet Johnson. Has an older sister Katie Runnels. Born 4-2-87. He is in pre-major studies.
