2006 (Sophomore): Stover finished the season with 11 catches for 175 yards and two touchdowns. He caught at least one pass in seven of his nine games. On his first play for the Crimson Tide, he caught a 36-yard pass on third-and-18 against Vanderbilt in the SEC opener. The catch kept Alabama’s fourth quarter drive going that ended in the game-winning field goal. He scored his first career touchdown on a six-yard catch at LSU. He had his best performance in the final game of the regular season when he caught five passes for 101 yards and one touchdown. His touchdown came on a career long 52-yard catch. He also had catches against Louisiana Monroe, Tennessee, Florida International and Mississippi State. He played a total of 118 snaps with a season-high 24 at LSU. He had six games with 10 or more snaps and played in a total of nine games.
2004-05 (Itawamba): Stover, who caught 26 passes for 588 yards and six scores in 2005, led the Mississippi junior college ranks in kickoff returns, averaging 30 yards per return.
Prep: One of the top two- way players in the state of Alabama, Stover was an explosive athlete who had 723 yards on only 27 catches as a prep junior. He won the state high jump championship as a sophomore.
Personal: Nakita is the son Christine Stover and Elon Orr. Born 6-17-85. He is in pre-major studies.
