First Round of Derby Invitational Postponed Due to Weather

AUBURN, Ala. ?? The first round of women's golf competition at the Derby Invitational has been postponed due to inclement weather. The opening round, scheduled to begin at 7:45 a.m., was pushed back to 9:30 a.m. before being postponed for the remainder of the day.
The University of Alabama women's golf team is among the 17 teams set to compete at the Derby Invitational, alongside teams from the ACC, SEC and Big 12 Conferences.
A shotgun start has been tentatively planned to begin on Saturday, Oct. 28, at 11 a.m. Updated tee times will be posted as soon as they are made available.
