UA FACES ANOTHER RANKED OPPONENT AS #12 ARKANSAS VISITS COLEMAN
After surviving a month-long road swing earlier this year, the Alabama women's basketball team's next challenge is a stretch of five straight games versus nationally-ranked foes. That string continues on Sunday when the Tide welcomes No. 12 Arkansas to Coleman Coliseum at 2 p.m. The game is the first of 5 home games in Feburary for Bama.
*Both teams are in need of a "W" as the Tide has dropped 6 of their last 7 and Arkansas comes in on a 3-game losing skid
*In Arkansas' last visit to the state of Alabama, the Lady 'Backs scored a season low 36 points vs Auburn last Sunday.
*Arkansas is 10-1 at home this year but just 2-3 on the road, Alabama is looking to snap a 2-game losing streak at home
BAMA FANS GETTING FREE HOOPS
Sunday's game with Arkansas has been designated as the "Fan Appreciation Game". Admission is free and the first 250 fans will receive their very own Alabama Yo-Yo.
