- Defended her steeplechase national title by becoming the first student-athlete in NCAA history to run sub-9:00 in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase
- Her 8:58.15 time became a school, meet and collegiate record and was also the world's fastest time as Lemngole received her seventh All-America honor of her career
- Claimed SEC gold in both the steeplechase and the 5,000m
- Made her sophomore outdoor track season debut at the Crimson Tide Invitational, running a school-record 4:09.28 performance in the women's 1,500m
- Made her season debut in the steeplechase a week later, shortening her then collegiate-record time of 9:10.13
- Finished first in all seven races of her outdoor campaign

- Earned a second-place finish in the 5000m and a first-place finish in the steeplechase at the SEC Track and Field Championships, setting a meet and facility record while also obtaining the program’s first gold medal at the conference meet
- Qualified for the National Championships in the steeplechase after clocking a 9:28.91
- Earned a gold medal in the steeplechase at the NCAA Track and Field Championships, becoming the first champion in the event in school history while also setting the collegiate record, the meet record and the school record
Indoor
- 2x First-Team All-American in the 3000m and 5000m
- 2x Second Team All-SEC honoree in the DMR and the 3000m
- SEC Women’s Co-Freshman Of The Week
- Recorded a first-place finish in the mile at the Samford Invite, sealing her spot on the program’s all-time top-10 list at No.6
- Moved into second on UA’s all-time top-10 list with her second-place finish in the women’s 3000m at the Bob Pollock Invitational
- Broke the school record and set a new PR with a third-place finish in the women’s 5000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational
