Led Alabama in singles wins with 21, including 15 in dual match play ... won his lone match that finished against a nationally ranked opponent, beating No. 48 Harrison Adams of Texas A&M (6-3, 6-2) ... other two matches vs. nationally ranked foes went unfinished, including matches against No. 18 Nathan Pasha of Georgia (5-7, 6-6 (7-7), unf.) and No. 83 Daniel Valent of Vanderbilt (6-3, 6-7, unf.) ... won 10 of 11 matches to start the month of March, with all but one coming in straight sets ... also added five wins in doubles for the Crimson Tide ... helped win the doubles point at LSU ... had six singles victories and three doubles wins during the fall season ... won his first singles match at the Harvard Chowdah Fest, topping South Florida's Justin Roberts, 7-6(4), 6-3 ... also won a match in doubles with Langford Hill as they beat out San Diego's Geoffrey Fosso and Patrick Hall in a tiebreaker ... went 4-0 in singles at the Crimson Tide Four-in-the-Fall with three of those victories coming in straight sets ... won his opening singles match at the USTA/ITA Southern Regional Championships, 6-1, 6-0, over Southern Miss' Alex Doleac as well as his first doubles match with Sam Edwards, edging Nicholls State's Evan Karatzas and Sam Meesen, 8-5.

SEC All-Freshman Team ... SEC Freshman of the Week (March 28) ... won 12 singles matches and seven doubles matches throughout his first season ... played primarily at Nos. 3-4 in singles while seeing time at all three positions in doubles ... won his first three SEC singles matches, including a 6-2, 1-6, 7-6(6) victory at No. 16 Mississippi State over Jordan Angus ... edged out Jerry Lopez of No. 13 Kentucky, 7-6(4), 6-4, to help Alabama to its first win over the Wildcats since 2009 ... came back from one set down to defeat Rhys Johnson of Vanderbilt ... grinded out a 6-5, 6-5 victory over Petar Tomic of Auburn to help the Tide win the Blue Gray National Tennis Classic consolation finals ... advanced to the singles round of 16 at the Southern Intercollegiates where he eventually fell to 19th-ranked Ben Wagland of Georgia in three sets.
