Kalina, Kriznik Fall in Three-Set Heartbreaker in Round of 32 at ITA All-American Championships

The Crimson Tide will compete in the consolation draw on Thursday
TULSA, Okla. – Despite forcing a third set, the Alabama pairing of Vit Kalina and Matic Kriznik fell in the Round of 32 at the ITA All-American Championships on Wednesday.
The UA duo faced Aidan Kim and Bryce Nakashima from Ohio State in the opening round of the Main Draw. After dropping the opening set, 6-1, Kriznik and Kalina dominated set two with a 6-2 victory. The third round was a back-and-forth battle, which would fall 13-11 towards the Buckeyes.
Kriznik and Kalina will battle in the consolation round on Thursday.
