         Began the season as the Crimson Tide's Saturday starter, making 10 starts before        becoming a reliever ... appeared twice of the bullpen during the season and then returned        to the starter role in the SEC Tournament against Vanderbilt ... made 11 starts overall,        finishing with a 2-6 record and a 5.76 ERA (35 ER/54.2 IP) that included 31 punchouts ...        did not allow a home run across his first 39.2 innings of work to kick off 2015 ... entered        in a relief role twice, earning a win in each outing to finish a perfect 2-0 with an        unblemished 0.00 ERA (0 ER/8.0 IP) and 10 strikeouts ... earned a win in each of his last        three regular-season appearances. Mississippi State (3/14): Suffered the loss in Starkville against the        15th-ranked Bulldogs ... worked 5.1 innings and allowed three runs on a six hits and a        career-high six walks ... struck out five. Texas A&M (3/21): Made it        to the sixth inning for the fourth straight start but did not factor into the decision ...        threw a career-high 105 pitches across 5.2 IP while giving up three runs on three walks and        eight hits. Florida (3/27): Allowed a season-high 10 hits and seven earned        runs across a season-low 3.1 IP for the loss in game two of the twinbill with the No. 4        Gators. LSU (4/3): Went 6.1 innings, his second-longest start of the        season, but was the hard-luck loser in the contest with the third-ranked Tigers ... allowed        four runs (two earned) after giving up eight hits and two walks while striking out six.        Georgia (4/11): Suffered the loss after tossing 5.1 innings and allowing        four runs (three earned) on six hits and three walks. Mississippi Valley State        (4/21): Earned the start in game two of the doubleheader, claiming his second win        of the season ... went 5.0 innings and allowed three runs on eight hits while striking out        six ... did not issue a walk in the outing, his first game without a free pass all season.        Mercer (5/12): Earned the win in his first career appearance out of the        bullpen at Alabama ... tossed 5.0 innings, allowing just three hits and two walks while        striking out a career-high nine batters. Vanderbilt (5/16): Earned his        fourth win of the year in the regular-season finale, tossing 3.0 relief innings, walking        two and allowing two hits while striking out one ... helped the Crimson Tide hand the        seventh-ranked Commodores their first shutout loss of the year, 1-0. Vanderbilt        (5/22): Credited with the loss after throwing 3.0 innings and allowing five runs        (four earned).
