Important Dates
- February 3: TIDE PRIDE & season ticket renewal period begins; Tide Totals calculation deadline (establishes priority for seat changes)
- April 1: TIDE PRIDE & season ticket renewal deadline (TIDE PRIDE members must pay in full or enroll in a bill plan by this date)
- Mid-April: Premium seat changes
- Early to late May: Online seat changes for non-premium seats
- May 15: Tide Totals calculation deadline (establishes priority for additional home game tickets, away game tickets, parking selection, and the Football TIDE PRIDE Waiting List)
- Late May to early-June: Away games & additional home games ticket request period
- Mid- to late-July: Parking selection (for eligible TIDE PRIDE members)
- August 1: Season tickets and parking passes delivered via mobile delivery
- September 2: Tide Totals calculation deadline (establishes eligibility & priority for postseason tickets)
- Late October to early December: Postseason ticket request period
TIDE PRIDE
TIDE PRIDE is The University of Alabama's priority seating program. It launched in September 1987 in advance of the 1988 Alabama Football season and has since expanded to Men's Basketball (1998), Gymnastics (2010), Baseball (2016), and Softball (2017). To become a TIDE PRIDE season ticket holder for Alabama Football, you must either join the Football TIDE PRIDE Waiting List or purchase premium seating. Read the TIDE PRIDE FAQ to learn more.
Ticket Transfer/Donation
Ticket Transfer
Season Ticket Holders may transfer their tickets to another customer by logging into their account and selecting the specific events to transfer under the My Account page.
Ticket transfers are now free. You may transfer your tickets up until kickoff.
Ticket Donation
Can't attend a football game? You can electronically donate your season tickets back to Alabama Athletics. These tickets will then be donated to those fans who don't normally receive an opportunity to attend an Alabama Athletics event.
Ticket donation is free. You may donate your tickets up until 48 hours prior to any event.
Ticket Policies
General Policies
- All sales placed via phone, window or online are final at time of processing. There will be no exceptions.
- For all ticketed athletics events by the University of Alabama, every attendee must have a ticket, regardless of age.
- The University of Alabama reserves the right to change the date, opponent and start time of any event. These changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. All changes will be communicated through local media and RollTide.com.
Will Call Information
- East Will Call will be open four (4) hours prior to the game, and will be located near Gate 44 on the East side of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
- Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets.
Alabama Player Guests Ticket Information
- Alabama player guests may pick up their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 50 on the East side of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
- Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets.
Visiting Team Player Guests Ticket Information
- Visiting team player guests may pick up their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 53 on the East side of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
- Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets.
High School Coaches Ticket Information
- High School coaches may pick up their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 5 on the North side of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
- Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets.
Football Recruits Ticket Information
- Football recruits may pick up their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 1 on the North side of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
- Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets.
Non-Football Recruits Ticket Information
- Non-football recruits may pick up their tickets beginning two (2) hours prior to the game at Gate 48 on the North side of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
- Please have a valid photo ID in order to retrieve your tickets.
Student Tickets
- Students may enter through either Gate 39 or 40 (depending on their lower or upper level seating assignment) of Bryant-Denny Stadium beginning two (2) hours prior to the game.
- Each student must have a valid Action Card in order to be eligible to enter the game.
- Student seating is located in the Sections AA-EE, S-1-S-7, and SS-2-SS-5.
