TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The No. 18-ranked Alabama men's golf team will return to action Friday morning when they tee off at the Olympia Fields Country Club (OFCC)/Fighting Illini Invitational. The 54-hole event will be contested at the Olympia Fields Country Club in Olympia Fields, Ill.
Due to expected weather, the field will play 36 holes on Friday before completing the remaining 18 holes on either Saturday or Sunday.
The OFCC Invitational will take place Friday through Sunday, Sept. 18-20, at the Olympia Fields Country Club South Course. The famed par-70, 7,215-yard course has served as host for two U.S. Opens (1928, 2003), two PGA Championships (1925, 1961) one U.S. Senior Open (1997), plus five Western Opens (1920, 1927, 1933, 1968, 1971) and the BMW Championship in 2020 and 2023.
